For about two months now, Fiona a colleague of me from UK has been visiting India. She has been in almost all around the country in that period. One of the things we did during her visit was to visit a Naandi school in Worli. Joining us here was James, the global head of sustainability in Capgemini and Sheetal from the KC MET. You can read more about that at the Capgemini Sustainability blog.
Visit Nanhi Kalis is always a both emotional and interesting experience. This time was no exception. One special “incident” is something I will surely remember. When we were deep into the “slum areas” there was one boy with a quite new and fancy smart phone. I could see that he had Facebook and other applications. I think he planned to take some pictures of me. But when he noticed that I were watching him he suddenly changed his mind.
Talk to you soon!
